I purchased the recent release of "On-Screen MK", however, once installed on my Parallels Desktop, nothing happens when i double click the MK icon (literally nothing happens). Please help!
You might just need to install both vc_redist files from the Extra folder, inside the directory that you downloaded from our website. Those are official Microsoft patch installer that will add the missing libraries. Let me know if that helps.

Double click on the vcredist files to install the libraries. Afterwards, restart both metatrader and magic keys app
