Error while opening trade on Mt4 (I have On Screen Mk)

Whenever i open calc and press open trade. An alert pops up saying unable to open trade- Check journal and experts tab. Pls help!

I have similar problem, MK is responding with an error message like this:
2021.07.30 15:14:13.581 '11417443': order buy 0.08 NZDUSD opening at market sl: 0.69791 tp: 0.70151 failed [Not enough rights]
What setup is wrong in my setting? anyone can help?

You might need to ask the broker about the Not enough rights error. Make sure you are logged in with the master account, not the investor one.
