This is happening because of a bug Metatrader has and it appears on screens that are flagged as high DPI. The steps to solve the issue are: Close Metatrader Right-click on the Metatrader icon and press on Open file location An Explorer window will apear, and the terminal file will be selected Right-click on the terminal file , and select Properties Select the Compatibility tab Click on Change high DPI settings Enable Override high DPI scaling behaviour Set Scaling performed by to System Click OK Click Apply Restart Metatrader

havent been able to use magic keys since i got it two months ago....just errors when i try to open a chart

Hi I have the same issue. Following the steps above did make the screen look more sharper - but the buttons are still not visible. See the picture attached 90kB screen-shot-2022-01-25-at-64046-am.png

I followed the steps above and still did not work. I still see the black box with some letters instead of the Magic Keys. Any idea how to make it work? I am using Parallels on Mac.

Tried this but still not fitting on the screen correctly.

The box to the left has writing outside and the symbol and pip counter is merged together.

Any ideas how to adjust? Maybe my monitor settings also?

That's interesting. Everybody having this problem got it solved by changing the settings as described above.
Please make sure you followed the steps correctly, and if still nothing changes, send us an email reffering this post, and someone from the support team will schedule a remote dektop session andn will try to fix the issue.

I Had same issue with the picture above. On Screen MK not displayed, instead same above.
Using Windows 10. Just acquire the magic keys lately.

Please help if someone resolve their issue.
