Open calc not working

I installed a virtual box and have downloaded mt4 and have installed magic keys. My zoom button works on the magic keys but when I hit open calc nothing happens. Please help

On app
Is the magic keys app showing the connected status?
Do the pressed keys appear under the connected status?

On Metatrader
Did the expert advisor start?
Is there any error showing in the expert tab?

Hi Magickeys team, i have the same problem. Only the zoom in zoom out button is working. Btw when i connect my Magickeys to my Parallels , it does not show connected. I tried typing on the notepad with my magickeys it works. Kindly advise

The usb device is not linked to the parallels machine. Check out the following video on how to bind it

Man I've got the same problem, while 30 min ago everything worked, except open trade. I switched my account from investor mode to hedging account. Now if i want to do open calc, nothing is showing in my mt5. I do see the trade information in the left top. Pleasee help

Restart the mk app and add again the expert advisor to the charts overriding previous instances. Based on Metatrader settings (tools- options ) it might require ea restart.
