No sound when pressing MK.

Hey, just moved from MT4 to MT5.
On common tab: I allowed algo trading
On dependencies tab: I allowed DDL imports.
The inputs are just my settings basicly, all the alerts are set to true.

Normally on my MT4, each button I clicked used to make a sound, now when I open calc on MT5 there isn't any sound (the lines pops up perfectly).

How can I solve this? thanks.

I removed the newest version (1.7.2) and installed back the 1.7.1 one, the same I was using on MT4.
Still, no diffrence.
There are sounds coming out MT5, once I pop it up for example and it logs in.

Please assist me in figuering how to do it.
I'm attaching photos of settings, how they are on my MT5.

I have traded today with it, works as it should, only lacking the sounds.
(I have checked MT5 carpet where sounds should be, and they are there.)

Hello,

On Metatrader, click File -> Open Data Folder and see if there is a directory named "Sound". If there is not, contact us and we will provide you with the sound file.

To fix the issue:

From Metatrader, press File -> Open data folder
Create a 'Sounds' directory if it does not exist
Copy the files attached to this email into that directory (make sure they are named "tick" and "alert2")
Restart Metatrader
