MT5 - initializing of magickeys faileed with code -1

Hi,

trying to add MagicKeys to mt5 but keep getting this error. I'm selecting the right terminal and the keypad itself works (zoom buttons work. Have checked off algo trading and allow dll imports so not sure what else is missing.

please advise - thanks!
